Envista Forensics, a global forensic engineering and consulting firm, has announced that it has opened a new Sydney office.
The expansion will see the firm, which works alongside the insurance and legal industries, expand its global reach as the business already has a New Zealand office in the region.
The firm provides post-loss technical expertise, such as failure analysis, fire and explosion investigations and digital forensics, and will work with the insurance industry and loss adjustors in claims management.

Bob Wedoff, president of Envista Forensics, said that the move comes as the firm looks to work consistently with multi-national clients that have a presence in the region.
The office, based in Bligh Street in the CBD, will use local and global experts to assist the industry in the event of a loss.
