Envest Group has unveiled a new leadership structure for its Network division, which includes Resilium and PSC Network Partners.

The leadership overhaul is part of the group’s ongoing strategy to drive alignment and support future growth.

Envest Group Network division’s new leadership structure

The Network division will be overseen by Craig Robson, CEO of Envest Networks, who said the changes aim to streamline operations while maintaining the distinct services of Resilium and PSC Network Partners.

“This new structure will create a combined leadership for operations, finance, compliance, broking, and partnerships to report directly to myself and provide a coordinated and focused approach to network business in the Envest Group,” he said.

He said that the new structure provides a focused approach to the group’s network business, while Resilium and PSC Network Partners will continue to operate separately to ensure consistent support for the group’s authorised representatives.

Leadership appointments

The new leadership appointments include Resilium managing director Ben Hastie transitioning into the role of chief broker officer, while PSC Network Partners’ Hannah McRae-Williams will serve as chief operating officer. David Penfold will retain his position as PSC Connect director in New Zealand.

Other changes include Eoghan Trehy continuing in his role as head of Resilium Partners, focusing on organic growth and mergers and acquisitions among equity partners. Clive Kingsley, currently Resilium’s finance manager, will step up as head of finance for Envest Networks.

Rachel Kerkvliet will remain compliance manager for Resilium but will now report directly to Robson. Meanwhile, Tony Walker will move into the role of non-executive chairman for Envest Networks.

Envest Group’s merger with PSC Insurance Group

The leadership restructure follows Envest Group’s merger with PSC Insurance Group, which was completed in October 2024 after receiving Federal Court approval.

The merger, announced in May 2024, consolidates PSC’s operations in Australia and New Zealand under Envest, which serves as the Asia-Pacific platform of The Ardonagh Group.

During the Envest Broking Conference in Canberra, Envest Group CEO Greg Mullins outlined the strategy for the combined business, which now operates across three primary divisions:

  • Networks
  • Broking
  • Agencies

As part of the integration, PSC Insurance Brokers CEO Ben Goodall and general counsel Julia Mitchell have joined Envest’s executive team. Goodall will work alongside Aviso Group CEO Travis Kemp in the broking division, while Mitchell will focus on compliance and risk management matters with Envest chief risk officer Simon Gray.

Tony Robinson, PSC’s managing director, will move into a non-executive director role on Envest’s board, while PSC chairman Paul Dwyer will join Ardonagh Group’s senior leadership team.

PSC’s underwriting agencies – including Chase Underwriting, Breeze Underwriting, and Medisure – will continue operating alongside Envest’s existing managing general agents, led by Richard Heilig, CEO of Envest Agency.
