A personal injury claims management provider has expanded its reach in New South Wales with the opening of its sixth office.
EML’s new premises at Chatswood, launched today with icare CEO John Nagle in attendance, will shelter the 150 people who will be part of the firm’s NSW team.
“Utilising icare’s customer-centric model, our case managers are helping people injured at work in NSW to get their lives back,” said Adam Keogh, EML general manager of return-to-work and support services. “Having this office on Sydney’s North Shore gives our teams flexibility, space, and the facilities to provide this vital service. We are very excited about the future.”
Nagle said the increase in staff numbers and the expansion into a new office “is a great sign of commitment to the scheme.”
