Insurance Business Australia (IB) has finalised its Elite Brokers list for 2022, featuring insurance brokers who stood out for their resilience in overcoming unprecedented challenges and hard market conditions brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and other factors over the past year.

This year's list features Sanderson Insurance senior broker Andrew Bramble, who shared some tips on providing excellent customer service and remaining close to clients.

Bramble (pictured) – who has served various roles to senior broker focusing on the construction industry and the mobile plant and equipment space, where he has a large number of clients – told IB that he maintains his clients' loyalty by having “a consistent service and passion to ensure clients' needs are listened to and met.”

“I have the clients' best interests at heart, and I take the time to get to know the clients and their businesses,” he added.
