Two QBE Insurance employees have been recognised at the Personal Injury and Disability Management (PIEF) Awards, which celebrate and showcase outstanding achievements in the personal injury and disability management industry.
Raquel Kearns, QBE service manager, won the Emerging Leader award for his exemplary leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and passion for the development of individual teams; while David Daugherty, business relationship manager, bagged the Student Excellence award for his outstanding academic performance, excellent understanding of the industry, and successful application of his learning from the programs in the workplace.
“QBE is incredibly proud that two members of its ifNSW team have been individually recognised for the excellence they bring to their roles,” said Eleanor Debelle, interim executive general manager of consumer and retail partnerships. “Congratulations to Raquel Kearns, whose leadership skills have played an integral part of the culture and efficiencies of this department. I’d also like to congratulate David Daugherty for making such an impact early on in his career.”
