Crawford & Company has strengthened its personal injury team with a new appointment in its Melbourne office.
John van Wetering was appointed national manager for injury claims at Crawford, bringing more than 35 years of liability adjusting experience to his new role. His areas of practice include public liability insurance claims, product liability, professional indemnity, and niche areas such as asbestos exposure, education claims, and special-interest matters.
Van Wetering joined Crawford in September. Before that, he was national manager of loss adjusting at Echelon Australia for more than 14 years. He also served as national liability manager at GAB Robins Australia and was associate director at DeKonings Loss Adjusters.
