Global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of Jacinta Studdert as new partner in Sydney.
Studdert brings more than 25 of experience in environment, development, and planning law, specialising on environment and planning requirements and compliance, risk management, and regulatory issues associated with property, project, and infrastructure development.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Studdert was partner at Norton Rose Fulbright for almost two decades.
"The addition of Jacinta's practice will further bolster our offering to clients in the property, construction, infrastructure, and resources sectors,” said David McElveney, partner and head of the real estate, projects and construction group at Clyde & Co in Australia. "Her reputation in the market as a go-to advisor in these areas of law is well known and we look forward to welcoming her to the partnership."
Studdert is the third partner to join Clyde & Co in Australia in 2018. Her appointment follows the appointments of real estate partner, Cameron Thomson and insurance, risk, and cybersecurity partner John Moran earlier in the year.
