NSW business Claims Central has confirmed that former Zurich head of customer care Darren Trott has joined the company as executive general manager, as reported by Insurance Business yesterday.
Trott, who left Zurich after 18 years, will take his position with Claim Central on 23 June.
Claim Central CEO Brian Siemsen said Trott’s appointment is a major coup for the company.
“We are very pleased to welcome someone with Darren’s credentials to the Claim Central team,” he said. “Darren has a reputation in the industry as a dedicated and passionate leader in customer service. Claim Central will really benefit from his strong experience in driving operational transformation, change management and service delivery improvements.”
