Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) has today cemented its ongoing expansion across Australia with the hiring of eight new technical experts. The move boosts the CTA team to over 120 technical adjusters and insurance specialists.
Operating from 15 locations across Australia, CTA noted that it is expanding to meet growing client demand for its range of loss adjusting services.
Commenting on the news, Mark Thompson, regional head of Australia & New Zealand, deputy global practise lead of property, casualty, technical & special risks at CTA said the firm is “thrilled” to welcome the new hires to Charles Taylor Australia.

The addition of four new hires across CTA’s property team, boosts its headcount to 36. Joining the team are:
The new hires will report directly to Gary Pahl, director & national executive adjuster - property, who is based in Melbourne.
Meanwhile, CTA’s liability team welcomed three new members to its team:
The appointments propel the liability team to a headcount of 17, with the three new joiners reporting directly to Glyn Lloyd, director & national executive adjuster – liability, who is based in Brisbane.
Also joining CTA Australia in Melbourne are Charlie Waite – accountant, Charles Taylor Accounting Services (CTAS), and Monica Yates – client relationship manager. Waite and Yates will report to Christopher Gooch, CTA’s director, and Richard Lance, client director, respectively.
