It has been only a month since Centrepoint Alliance appointed a new head of research to its team. Now, it welcomes Charles Smith to the role of national recruitment manager.
Smith has significant experience in business development, channel strategies, and adviser recruitment and retention. He has been in the industry for several decades and has held many senior institutional roles as well as executive and non-executive positions for major licenses.
Before joining Centrepoint Alliance, Smith served as a business growth manager at MLC Wealth for over four years, where he was responsible for recruiting quality self-employed financial advisers into MLC licensees.
Centrepoint Alliance group executive advice Paul Cullen, who is “delighted” to welcome Smith to the team, said: “We are receiving a lot of interest from advice firms who want to explore their licensing options, and Charles brings the deep knowledge and experience required to assist businesses in making the right choice for their needs.”
Smith commented: “Centrepoint Alliance continues to attract the attention of both licensed and self-licensed advisers, and I am looking forward to contributing to the business’s continued growth.”
