Gain Insurance has become the latest authorised representative (AR) to join insurance broker
Marsh Advantage Insurance.
Gain Insurance’s principal, Tamer Avsar, will be joining along with four more ARs. They are senior account managers, Goran Stavreski and John Pappas; associate director, Daniel Obliubek; and claims and account manager, Carol Weakley. They will be based in Marsh Advantage Insurance’s head office in Melbourne.
Travis Kemp, executive director of Marsh Advantage Insurance, said the addition of Gain Insurance was an important milestone for the company and its AR model.
“Gain Insurance is the first of the ‘super-producers’ to come on board under our core strategy to identify and attract broking teams that are aligned to our brand and growth objectives, and can bring an established client portfolio," he said.

Marsh Advantage Insurance launched last year in a bid to service the needs of Australia’s growing small- and medium-sized business segment.
