A Brisbane-based company has been honoured by Money Magazine’s prestigious Consumer Finance awards for excellence in motor and home insurance.
Budget Direct has scooped the Insurer of the Year award for the second time in three years – it is the third time that it has won the award overall.
The insurer’s home and contents insurance was deemed to have price and features that are “superior to the average market offering,” while its comprehensive car insurance “offers a great range of features that outperform the market average.”
Budget Direct MD/CEO Ram Kangatharan said the company consistently gets recognised for providing best value insurance. Only recently, the insurer won the Canstar Outstanding Value award for car insurance for the eleventh consecutive year.
“These awards reflect our aim to ensure our customers get more with Budget Direct—more value, more features, more choice, and a more supportive experience at claims time,” said Kangatharan.
