The survey will give brokers the chance to rate all of the major insurers they deal with across a range of criteria focusing on insurer performance over the past 12 months in 11 key areas including BDM support, turnaround times and commission structure.
Each year, the results of this survey are used to compile a report used by the major players in the Australian insurance market to benchmark their performance as well as identify areas for improvement.
