A UK-based independent specialist insurance and reinsurance broker has announced a new addition to its growing Australian team.
Effective August, Danny Gluszkiewicz will join BMS Group's Brisbane office as director of Australian operations, reporting to Andrew Godden, BMS Australia CEO.
Gluszkiewicz brings 19 years of insurance experience to his new role, having begun his career as an account executive at QBE in 1999, and subsequently holding a range of senior roles at InterRISK Australia before becoming managing director of InterRISK Queensland in 2009.
“Danny is an exceptional insurance professional with a longstanding track record of leadership and building businesses in the Australian market,” said BMS Australia CEO Andrew Godden. “There is huge demand in Australia for BMS’s signature offering as an independent, flexible, and client-centric broker, and Danny will play a key role in our ongoing expansion.”
