NIBA CEO
Dallas Booth praised the diversity of the winners and runners-up and noted that the Queensland contingent indicate the strength in depth of broking across the state.
“Once again we've seen finalists of the highest calibre contesting the awards,” Booth said.
“We've had both metropolitan and regional brokers represented here today, indicating the depth of talent in the insurance broking pool right across Queensland. Congratulations to all our finalists, and good luck to Anna and Bronte in the national awards."
The Queensland awards follow those from
New South Wales and the ACT as well as
the nominations for Student of the Year, which were announced this week.
The winners of each state award will go through to a national competition with the overall winners to be announced at the NIBA Convention to be held in Melbourne in September.
