Australian insurers: who did it best?

Brokers are put in the spotlight as  magazine’s sixth annual Brokers on Insurers survey asks them to rate the major insurers they deal with.

As in previous years, the survey will focus on insurer performance over the past 12 months in 11 key areas including BDM support, turnaround times and commission structure. The results are used to generate an annual report, giving in-depth insight into the Australian insurance market.  The report is used by the major players in insurance to benchmark their performance as well as identify areas for improvement.
