Austbrokers has announced its latest charity partner at a pre-
NIBA event held at Melbourne Aquarium.
The oceanic venue was all too fitting as the company announced that Surf Life Saving Australia would be the latest charity recipient.
The broker network announced a $5,000 donation to the Australian institution at the event held last week.
Guest speaker Martin Walsh, chairman of the Surf Life Saving Foundation Board, told the more than 130 guests, and over 2,000 fish, in attendance of the importance of Austbrokers backing of the charity as the funds will go towards much needed medical supplies.
The event marked the sixth year of Austbrokers support for various Australian charities and Fabian Pasquini, Chief Distribution Officer at Austbrokers Holdings Limited, said the company was proud to continue a great tradition.
"We've created a great annual tradition in which we not only thank and recognise the ongoing efforts of people within our Network, but we also take the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution on behalf of all our staff and Partners," Pasquini said.
