Carter Newell has hired construction expert Mark Kenney as a special counsel on its construction & engineering team.
Kenney brings over 12 years experience in the areas of construction, infrastructure and resources. This experience has included working at an international firm and in an in-house capacity.
He's not the only new hire the Brisbane firm has made, either - Katherine Hayes and Allison Haworth also joining the firm.
Hayes bolsters Carter Newell's financial lines team as a senior associate. She has more than 10 years' post-admission experience in the specialty areas of insurance, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Hayes joins Carter Newell from several years in a top tier firm; prior to which she was assistant in-house legal counsel for Spectrum Syndicate Management in London.
Haworth has joined the property & injury liability team as an Associate. Her experience extends to insurance, dispute resolution and risk management for insurers, brokers and self-insureds. Haworth joins Carter Newell from a top tier firm, before which she was senior associate at a top Legal 500 firm in the UK.
