Claim Central Group has welcomed AUB Group as a new investor following its recent capital raising activities.
The investment will see AUB representatives join the Claim Central Group's board to help drive its strategic vision.
Claim Central Group founder and CEO Brian Siemsen has welcomed AUB's investment. He said that the funding will enable the Claim Central Group to invest further in the Wilbur technology business and continue to grow its property and Hello Claims businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
AUB Group CEO Mike Emmett said the investment strengthened the strategic partnership between the Claim Central Group and AUB Group, including across strata and the expansion of the Wilbur Claims Manager platform into the Austbrokers network.
AUB Group's recently released FY23 results revealed revenue growth of over 60% to $1.1 billion and underlying net profit after tax of nearly $130 million, up from $74 million in FY22.
