A better service for brokers and policyholders alike – that is what the Australian Transport & Logistics Insurance Group (ATL) is aiming to provide after forming a partnership with Claim Central Consolidated (CCC).
The two companies have teamed up with ATL making CCC its claims service hotline partner. The move sees CCC manage the heavy motor and passenger vehicle 24hr hotline for transport operators – with both brokers and policyholders able to access the number to inform ATL of claims at any time.
“This new service is a further step along the road for ATL to deliver a simpler and more efficient way for our customers to access our services. We are excited to partner with CCC in this venture,” said ATL CEO Steve Nichols.
The offering incorporates vehicle recovery alongside accident scene clean-up, repatriation of injured drivers and the towing of vehicles to selected repairers.
“As disruptors in the motor and property claims industry, we’re dedicated to the continual improvement of our service offering that will provide ATL with a competitive advantage in the market,” added CCC head of partnerships Matthew Lawrence.
The offering commenced yesterday, on Monday September 23.
