Arch Insurance Australia and Arch Loan Mortgage Insurance Australia have strengthened their commitment to promoting gender diversity by joining Women in Banking & Finance (WiBF).
WiBF is a not-for-profit membership association that aims to increase female leaders' representation in the banking and financial sector and address gender diversity in the context of business performance. It recognises the outstanding achievements of women in the financial sector and offers a wide range of programs to help it members develop their personal and industry potential.
In a recent statement, Arch reaffirmed its commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive culture “where a variety of opinions are heard and valued through teamwork and collaboration.”
“WiBF's goal is to create an impact across the banking and finance sector, working to improve awareness, gender inclusivity, and diversity, and support its members in their professional development aspirations.
