Global insurance brokerage Aon has recognized 15 organisations across Australia and New Zealand for achievements that demonstrate excellence in the workplace.
Now in its 18th year, the 2018 Aon Best Employers are BPAY Group, Coca-Cola Amatil New Zealand, Colliers International, Eden Brae Homes, Employsure, FedEx Express (New Zealand), Four Square (Foodstuffs North Island), Geeves Scaffolding, Peoplecare Health, Plush Sofas, Prospa, SEEK Limited, Wood & Grieve Engineers, Woods, and Z Energy.
Marriot Australia, meanwhile, has been granted the Best Employer status under the Aon Best Employers global program.
Aon said this year’s program revealed new trends and initiatives that sets the best employers apart from the rest – organisational agility, an open mindset to innovation and technology, an engaged, digitally literate workforce, meaningful non-monetary incentives to staff (including extra annual leave and study assistance), and a culture of committed and open leadership to drive performance.
