Aon has announced the appointment of a new sales director for its health and benefits team.
Damien Kelly will take on the role, joining from Medibank where he spent five years managing the national sales team in both the direct acquisition and broker channels.
Kelly has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry and Jennifer Richards, managing director, specialties at Aon, said that the firm believes there is an opportunity to deliver more creative solutions in the market.

In the role, Kelly will look to utilise both local and global knowledge within Aon to aid clients.
