Ansvar Insurance, one of Australia’s leading specialist insurers, has announced the relocation of their Melbourne office to the Southbank district from 1 November.
In a statement, the specialist insurer said the new office space, located at 1 Southbank Boulevard, is closer to Melbourne’s CBD and has greater public transport access, making it more accessible for clients, business partners, and staff.
The new premises is also more energy efficient than the current facility, as it boasts a 5 Star Green Star Design, a 5 Star Green Star As-Built rating, and a 4.5 star NABERS energy rating.
Warren Hutcheon, Ansvar Insurance CEO, said: “The new Southbank office is a modern, energy efficient, and flexible space that will provide our staff with a better collaborative working environment. The new space, while meeting our current needs, will also provide ample room for Ansvar’s future growth.”
