AlphaXO Risk Partners has celebrated its move to new North Sydney offices and its first year since its major rebrand, together with underwriters and business partners.
The event also served as a boost to the specialist insurance broker’s fundraising campaign to donate $50,000 to charity by the end of this year. The campaign started with two of their senior executives, Andrew Glover and Rupert Morton, taking the plunge in the Balmoral Open Water Swim earlier this month, supporting the CanToo Foundation’s fight against cancer.
The insurer also announced its next charity move – The Move Walk. The event will be held on May 04 in Sydney, in support of Black Dog’s research into life-saving work and creating a mentally healthier world.
“As specialist brokers, we are always grateful for the support of our underwriting and other business partners we work with,” said Simon Gosnell, joint managing director. “The new office event was the first time we have been able to thank them since our rebrand to AlphaXO a year ago. It was great to see how engaged people were with our goal to give back $50k to charity in 2019. We are hoping many of business partners will not just donate, but also join us in our charity endeavours.”
