Allianz Australia has named a new chief market manager (CMM) and chief risk officer (CRO).
Nick Adams, a data-led manager with more than 20 years of experience, including as head of marketing teams at Telstra and Westpac, will take on the role as CMM; while long standing Allianz leader Lori Callahan will step into a newly shaped CRO role, to replace Noeline Woof, whose resignation will take effect in November.
“Allianz’s renewal agenda is all about making customer experience the top priority for all our actions and today’s [August 03] announcements are tangible steps on this path,” said Allianz Australia's MD
Niran Peiris. “Nick has extensive experience in all aspects of customer engagement and we are pleased he will join our talented team.”

“These appointments show we are serious about building on our focus on customers and advancing our digital agenda,” said Deputy MD Richard Feledy, who will take the MD role in January. “We have in Nick someone deeply skilled in creating a customer focus and a track record of delivering customer programs across Australia’s largest retail brands.”
On Callahan, Feledy said: “Lori is the right person to champion the customer agenda at Allianz, with a strong background in operations and more recently leading the marketing, data and digital teams. Lori’s career growth within Allianz demonstrates our absolute commitment to growing talent from within.”
