The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) has released the dates and locations for this year’s member forums.
The AFCA 2020 member forums will bring together financial industry professionals to hear about the latest complaint statistics and trends, updates on AFCA initiatives, and case studies that highlight its approach to certain issues, as well as an opportunity to ask questions to AFCA decision makers. AFCA said it will webcast some of the events.
