The $100,000 Adroit Charity Golf Day capital grant has been awarded to Gateways Support Services, a community organisation that has been making a positive difference in the lives of children and adults who are living with a disability.
The 18th Annual Charity Golf Day will be hosted by Adroit Insurance and Risk, in partnership with Geelong Community Foundation, at 13th Beach Golf Links, Barwon Heads on Nov. 21, to raise much needed funds for the Geelong community,
The funds will go towards the project of renovating seven units for some of Geelong’s most vulnerable young adults.
“We are thrilled to announce Gateways Support Services will be receiving the 2019 Adroit Charity Golf Day Grant,” said Darrell Fenton, managing principal at Adroit. “Disability housing is such an important issue in our region and this project will make such an important difference.”
