Global law firm Kennedys has expanded its capacity to service its Australian clients with the appointment of Justin Claude Le Blond as partner and Persephone Forster as senior associate to its employment liability practice in Sydney.
“Justin and Persephone are talented and experienced employment specialists who have the industry expertise and proven track record that our clients demand,” said Australian managing partner Matt Andrews.
Both recruits were from HWL Ebsworth, with Le Blond specialising in employment and industrial relations law, work health, and safety; and Forster practicing in employment law, industrial relations, and employment strategy. Both have a combined advisory and litigation practice.
“(Le Blond and Forster) have established themselves as an effective team and their expertise across the spectrum of employment and workplace issues will be of great value to our clients,” Andrews said.
“I can see how my practice complements the firm’s strategy, and Persephone and I look forward to supporting global clients and working with the team to grow the employment practice in Australia,” Le Blond said.
