One year ago, Phil Kewin stepped into his role as CEO of NIBA (National Insurance Brokers Association), the peak organization representing brokers. Since then, he’s helped bring in a new Insurance Brokers Code of Practice and just delivered a submission to the government’s Quality of Advice Review.
