Greene was named Chief Executive Officer of NTI from 1st July 2025, assuming full management responsibility for the delivery of the company's mission to be Australia's leading specialist insurance provider.
Greene provides strategic direction for all NTI business units. Together with the executive team, she is focused on continuing NTI's innovation and leadership in the industry and implementing NTI's quality products and service differentiation through expertise in the transport, construction, and logistics industries.
Edmonds has overall responsibility for ensuring NTI’s specialist value proposition is delivered to the Australian market. This includes the leadership of national and local distribution to policy holders via brokers and agents, and management of key accounts and industry associations.
Edmonds is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, a Fellow of ANZIIF, a Certified Insurance Professional, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Director of the Australian Logistics Council and the Underwriting Agencies Council.
As Chief Claims Officer, Hasted is responsible for managing NTI’s multi-award-winning claims team as they continue to deliver meaningful claims experiences for customers and partners. In addition to this, he manages NTI’s Parcel Protect offering.
Hasted joined NTI in 1994 and has held several senior management roles within the organisation, most recently as General Manager – Direct.
Dendrinos is nearing 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held senior roles across underwriting management and portfolio management, spanning commercial motor, heavy motor, mobile plant, and complex fleets programs. He has previously also held a multinational leadership role for a large global insurer.
Morrison joined NTI in 2020 and took on his role as Head of Marine Portfolio in 2022. He has over 25 years of experience in marine insurance across underwriting, claims and business development. His international business experience has seen him lead marine insurance portfolios for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
NTI has a meaningful purpose beyond profit. The organisation is committed to making a real difference in the community, by helping customers and their industries, and supporting charities and community groups. Through hard work and active involvement of NTI people, the company is able to go above and beyond for community when they need it most.
Since 2017, NTI has restored and modified vehicles and raffled or auctioned them to help fund research into Motor Neurone Disease (MND). NTI former CEO Wayne Patterson was diagnosed with MND, and NTI honour his passing by joining the search for a cure.
To date, NTI has raised over $2.5 million, of which 100% of proceeds have funded research at the University of Queensland, The Queensland Brain Institute, and the Clive Berghofer Medical Institute through NTI’s official MND research grant.
NTI is a Foundation Partner of Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, a registered not-for-profit foundation providing a national approach to improving mental health and physical wellbeing for people working in road transport, warehousing and logistics.
Launched in 2020, HHTS focuses on providing industry with tools, resources and programs to allow businesses of all sizes to create psychologically safe, healthy working environments and thriving individuals.
NTI is a proud sponsor of Heart of Australia, bringing specialist healthcare services and testing to rural and First Nations communities across the most remote Australian communities.
Heart of Australia delivers these specialist services through six custom-designed, clinics-on-wheels – the Heart Trucks, providing private clinic spaces and a reception area for patients. Heart Trucks are wheelchair accessible, fully-air-conditioned and include mobile radiology equipment.
NTI has lived its commitment to improving the industry with three decades of partnership with the Australian Trucking Association (ATA), as well as partnering with all state-based transport associations, NatRoad, the Heavy Vehicle Industry Association, the Australian Livestock Road Transport Association, the Australian Logistics Council and more.
