Van Diemen was appointed CFO of the group in January 2014. Before this, he served as director at Pitcher Partners. He also had stints with PwC, gas giant Shell, and consulting firm EisnerAmper.
Phelan has been leading the operations side of BJS Insurance Group since February 2002. Before joining the group, she was managing director at Morris Lloyd Insurance Brokers.
