purchasers who are 18 years or older
are working on a continuous basis for a reward for a minimum of 20 hours per week in either

full time or permanent part-time employment
a fixed-term contract

are applying for a new loan through an accredited finance company
must be an australian citizen or holder of any australian permanent residency visa or 457 visa holder when you apply for this insurance

Exclusions

alcoholism or drug addiction
any pre-existing medical condition
cessation of your employment within 28 days of the commencement date or failure to provide proof of at least 60 days continuous employment prior to any period of involuntary unemploymen
individuals who are self-employed on a seasonal / irregular nature or on a non-renewable contract
psychiatric conditions or mental illness
