From the moment you first interact with Aimee, you are immediately drawn to her approachable and personable demeanor. Her dedication to her clients and the insurance industry in general is what sets her apart from others.
 
Aimee’s passion and devotion to provide the very best for her clients’ is demonstrated thorough her understanding of her client’s business operations and their risks. However her passion is not limited just to her own clients’. Aimee is a highly driven individual who is dedicated to the insurance industry and has a unique ability to share her knowledge with others.
 
In 2012 Aimee commenced her insurance career in Lismore NSW with Austbrokers NCFS. In 2014 Aimee relocated to the Gold Coast and commenced working for Austbrokers Coast to Coast. Aimee began her career as a broking assistant, and after moving to the Gold Coast was quickly promoted to the role of broker. In 2018 Aimee was promoted again to the position of Commercial Broking manager supervising a team of five (5) brokers.  
 
In 2018 Aimee was awarded Highly Commended in the Insurance Business Awards in the category Young Gun of the Year Independent (1-19 Staff). Aimee was also named as a finalist in the same award in 2019 and 2020.
 
In November 2019 Aimee travelled to London on a six (6) day educational tour of Lloyds of London sponsored by the London wholesale Broker Meridian. As a result of this experience, she gained significant knowledge of the international insurance market along with building international insurance relationships which have since assisted placing hard to place risks into the London Market.
 
Reflecting on her career to date, Aimee puts her achievements in the industry down to a combination of hard work, a willingness to always get involved and being fortunate enough to have great mentors who share their wealth of insurance industry knowledge with her.
 
Aimee has been instrumental in leading a highly motivating and successful team at Austbrokers Coast to Coast. The company’s Directors, the Commercial Broking team led by Aimee and the balance of team members have combined to lead the company to be awarded the Australian Insurance Business Awards - Brokerage of the Year, for the last four (4) years in a row.
 
Today as the Commercial Broking Manager for Austbrokers Coast to Coast, Aimee’s main role is to inspire, influence and lead a team of highly skilled and motivated insurance professionals.
