My name is Alex Stefan and I am the Technical Claims Manager for CHU. I have worked in the strata industry since 2005. The learnings in this field has led me through knowing the claims process from lodgement to managing major losses, CAT events, the complaints and dispute process, customer service and managing a number of teams within CHU. I have more recently looked at ways as an individual and as a company, we can reduce our carbon footprint. Claims has been my passion for more than a decade and bringing in the environment has opened my eyes to the impact we can make.
