Tryan Christos
Interlink Insurance Brokers

Tryan joined Interlink in 2007 becoming the 4th generation of his family to work in the insurance industry. His goal was to experience and understand all aspects of the business. Through varying roles within the company, ranging from claims, to an assistant’s role and then running his own portfolio.

Tryan assumed the position of Managing Director in September 2019 to direct and control the company’s operations and to give strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives
 
Technology is a passion of Tryan’s and he enjoys nothing more than studying the trends that technology is taking in order to work more efficiently, progress and succeed by delivering innovative solutions for his clients and Interlink staff.
 
He believes in empowering his employees by providing them with the resources, authority, opportunity and motivation to do their work, that in turn makes them happier and more efficient whilst growing the business.
 
He holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB).

Tryan was recognised by the insurance industry when he won the WA NIBA Young Professional Broker of the Year Award for 2020 that identifies the broking industry’s rising stars under the age of 35.
