With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry as an Adviser, Lisa’s passion is delivering trust by way of friendly, prompt and professional service while maintaining longevity in her client relationships. Enjoying an 11 year career with an international insurance broking firm allowed Lisa to hone her commercial broking skills and go on to start Clear Insurance as sole director in 2010.

Lisa’s specialty is designing bespoke insurance and risk programs with a particular interest in complicated or hard to place accounts.

Lisa values, maintains and respects the relationships she builds with insurers, underwriters, peers and clients continually striving to secure ethical and mutually beneficial outcomes for all involved in the insurance process.

Lisa is committed to maintaining and further developing the professionalism of the insurance industry.

A career highlight was to be the first woman to be awarded the 2019 National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) Broker of the Year, along with being a QLD finalist in 2017. Lisa was also named “Authorised Representative” of the year at the Insurance Business Awards 2019. In 2019 & 2015 she was named Authorised Representative of the Year by Insurance Advisernet along with being a finalist for this prestigious award in 2018, 2016, 2014 and 2013. In 2016, she placed 27th in the Brisbane Business News 40 Under 40 top young entrepreneurs.

As the Managing Director of Clear Insurance Lisa leads the team specialising in bespoke commercial insurance and risk protection programs, with a particular interest in the construction, hospitality, medical and tech-startup industries. Clear Insurance is a platinum practice and corporate authorised representative of Insurance Advisernet (IA). Lisa is the risk and insurance industry expert with Queensland Leaders and the only endorsed insurance advisers to the RSL & Services Clubs Association Queensland Inc. Lisa is a long-standing member of Femeconomy and InsurTech Australia. Lisa is also a member of Women’s Chiefs of Enterprises International.
