Dale has been a director since 2012 and during that time has turned the company on its head resulting in becoming the most awarded insurance brokerage in the country, winning best insurance brokerage in Australia in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Additionally in 2016 Dale was honoured to receive the NIBA Queensland Insurance Broker of the Year Award along with the NIBA Australian Insurance Broker of the Year Award, the most coveted award in this industry.

These awards have been gained as a result of the high level of customer service provided to clients in conjunction with outstanding technical knowledge and experience.

Dale has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is also a renowned speaker and industry mentor. He regularly speaks at industry events on topics including relationship building, customer experience, quality service and advice, dealing with objections, and leadership and team development.

Dale is passionate about setting the standard for excellence in the insurance industry; throughout his career he has mentored many young brokers to build their careers. Dale believes that continuing education and professional development are the keys to success in the insurance industry.
