Murray has 25 years insurance industry experience and established Bruce Insurance in 2005. He holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Murray is also a Responsible Officer holding a Financial Services Licence from ASIC.
