Glen commenced with Action Insurance Brokers in 2005, coming straight from School with the opportunity of a traineeship that would ignite a true passion for the Industry.

Through ongoing formal learning, mentorship and a genuine drive to learn, Glen developed a diverse range of skills in the insurance market and products and also in management and leading teams. Glen attained an Advanced Diploma in Broking and currently manages his client responsibilities whilst driving the Broking functions across the Group. Glen is active in training and supporting his Team Members to pursue their career aspirations, just as so many industry participants did for him. Glen is a Member of the Action Group Leadership Team and is a key driver of change programs in innovating business practices, compliance and client connection. He is an active participant in his local Business community with a love for all sporting activities, family and fitness.
