Amanda commenced at Action Insurance Brokers in 2006 with prior corporate sales, client engagement and management experience.  Appointed to the Role of Group Operations Manager in 2008, Amanda developed and led key change programs in technology, infrastructure and stakeholder engagement to support the continued growth of the business. Driving both strategic and operational outcomes Amanda heads the company’s People and Culture function through an approach of connection and care.  With a high energy drive for continuous improvement Amanda is an advocate for ongoing learning and training with leadership development as a focus. Through creation of the Action Leadership Team Amanda set the path for a high performance team based culture with a collaborative leadership approach. Amanda participates in her local community and is a Member of TEC (The Executive Connection).
