I was responsible for planning, soliciting and producing all editorial content for Insurance Business Canada, a digital publication serving Canadian insurance brokers. The website www.insurancebusiness.ca launched on Sept. 10, 2012.

At Insurance Business, I:
• Planned, edited, wrote, solicited and posted all Canadian content – including text, videos and pictures. I wrote and solicited news stories and features of between 250-500 words for posting on the website. In addition, I helped prepare videos for posting on the ‘TV’ section of the site.
• I prepared an E-newsletter to direct traffic to the Insurance Business website. The E-newsletter is delivered three days a week. We tripled the size of our subscriber base over seven months, substantially increasing our unique visitors to the site.
• Maintained and forged new contacts and relationships within the life and property and casualty insurance industries.
