MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited has launched its first branding campaign in Hong Kong, aiming to showcase its commitment to customer service and claims management.
The campaign will showcase how the firm offers protection to its customers through three videos that feature key opinion leaders including Youtuber Tat Gor, Model Eunice Yip, and social media and digital content strategist Tim Fung.
The videos will feature four people in suits portraying the firm’s employees who will be helping the customers in scenarios that are part of the firm’s coverage such as issues in healthcare, flooding, and travel delays due to bad weather.
The videos will be broadcast on social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ViuTV app, and others.
“The launch of this new initiative is an important milestone for the Company as we embark on our first large-scale effort to reach out to all members of the public in Hong Kong through an above-the-line campaign,” said MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited CEO Philip Kent.
