Lockton has announced the appointment of Kelly Conway as its chief people officer. In her new role, Conway will lead the company’s human resources strategy.

In addition to leading the company’s central HR functions, Conway will work with Pam Popp, chief inclusion officer, and Brian Roberts, chief diversity officer, to ensure that the different backgrounds and perspectives of Lockton employees are valued as an essential part of the organisation’s success.
Prior to joining Lockton, Conway served as vice president of human resources for Stryker’s global quality and operations group. She has also held HR positions at TomoTherapy, Coca-Cola, and Bank of Arizona/New Mexico.
