Aon plc, has welcomed a new man-in-charge of its global operations.
Raymond Everett, head of the McLagan executive committee and member of Aon’s Talent, Rewards & Performance executive committee, has been appointed global president of the performance and rewards benchmarking consulting firm.
As McLagan global president, Everett will be in charge of leading a team of experts in providing compensation, performance, and talent intelligence to companies in the financial services and insurance industries.

“Ray is well known in the financial services industry and in Asia and the Middle East and recognized for the impact he has had partnering with banks, asset managers and PE firms to drive business results by focusing on their people,” said Michael Burke, CEO of Talent, Rewards and Performance at Aon. “He will lead the McLagan team as they broaden the scope and reach of work with clients across the globe.”
Everett joined McLagan in 1998. Prior to that, he held a number of leadership roles in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North America, including as Aon Hewitt’s CEO for Middle East and Africa, where he was nominated to the Forbes Top 50 executives in the Middle East.
McLagan operates in major financial centres including New York, London, Dubai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Sydney.
