Based in Singapore, Mookharjea reports to Sachin N. Shah, chief executive officer of Asia-Pacific, AIG General Insurance and Maggie Zhang, international head of human resources, AIG General Insurance.

Mookharjea’s human resources career spans over two decades, beginning at Johnson & Johnson in 1998. In 2000, he joined Standard Chartered Bank, holding various national, regional, and global positions in his 19-year stint. Most recently, he was managing director and global head of HR – risk.
