Since the agency’s inception in 1946, founder Adolph Ansay set forth the standard of “personal relationships grounded in uncompromising values built from a foundation of trust, integrity and respect,” which remains a guiding principle to this day.
Thanks to an aggressive growth strategy, the firm now has more than 200 employees and 10 offices throughout Wisconsin. President and CEO Mike Ansay attributes the company’s success to its team members. “We know that we can’t be successful without thoughtful, determined employees who always put customer service first,” he says.
