RSG Underwriting Managers (RSGUM), a subsidiary of Ryan Specialty Group (RSG), has expanded and revised the makeup of its executive leadership team.
The company explained in a statement that the leadership change is part of RSG’s efforts to better position its senior executive leaders for the long term as it considers an IPO
Following other recent promotions and changes within the company, RSGUM’s executive leadership team is as follows:

RSGUM’s leadership changes are the latest in a series of management restructures by RSG. Also this week, the company revealed a new formalized leadership structure for its reinsurance subsidiary, Ryan Re Underwriting Managers. Brian Boornazian and Emil Issavi were named executive chairman and CEO/president of the reinsurance business, respectively.
And last month, RSG itself underwent leadership restructuring, with Timothy Turner appointed president of the company. He is joined by chief financial officer Jeremiah Bickham and chief operating officer Michael VanAcker.
