Insurance shopping platform Policygenius has been recognized by Forbes as one of the best start-up employers of 2022. This is the third consecutive year Policygenius has appeared on the Forbes list. The company is ranked among the top 200 best start-up employers out of 500 companies recognized.
More than 10,000 companies were considered for the list. That number was narrowed to a finalist pool of 2,500 start-ups, which were evaluated across areas including reputation as an employer, employee satisfaction and company growth. The 500 companies receiving the highest score were awarded spots on the Forbes Best Start-up Employers 2022 list.
“Our people are our biggest priority,” said Jennifer Fitzgerald, co-founder and CEO of Policygenius. “Since our founding, we’ve led with our values and invested in a positive employee experience. We are delighted to be recognized with this honor for the third year in a row, particularly as we’ve adapted to a ‘new normal’ in the workplace due to the challenges of the pandemic.”

Policygenius recently surpassed 650 employees and is continuing to hire for roles across the organization. The company is continuing its rapid growth, including the recent launch of Policygenius Pro to provide a one-stop-shop insurance service to financial advisors, independent agents, community banks, credit unions and more. The company also recently won its second Stevie Award for customer service.
