American Integrity Insurance Group has announced the promotion of Jon Ritchie (pictured above) to president, effective immediately.
Ritchie, who has served as the company’s chief operating officer since 2019, will oversee day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the Florida-based residential property insurer.
In this new role, Ritchie will continue to collaborate with CEO Bob Ritchie.
Founded in 2007, American Integrity serves nearly 360,000 homeowners across Florida. The company works with more than 1,000 independent agents to provide coverage and foster long-term relationships.
CEO Bob Ritchie highlighted Jon Ritchie’s role in shaping the company’s operations and positioning it for continued success.

Jon Ritchie will continue overseeing strategic initiatives aimed at geographic expansion, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. The company is positioned to grow its footprint across the Southeast and adapt to evolving market demands.
